Dear Friends & donors it is with great enthusiasm that I write to you about our first project at "The Okunsanya Foundation". As you know, The Okunsanya Foundation was formed under the auspices of promoting & maintaining healthy lifestyles as well as, promoting & providing adequate education in rural areas. We seek to do this by increasing the Health & Educational access & quality for the disadvantaged rural areas of third world countries.

We are happy to announce that our first project will be implemented in Nigeria at St. James Anglican Primary School located in Iperu Remo, Ogun State. A couple of board members and I have visited the school and found that there are needs for improvements. The St. James Anglican Primary School which used to be the jewel of primary schools in Iperu Remo has greatly deteriorated due to the lack of funding. Hence Project Revamp.

Project Revamp is a school initiative that focuses on access and quality of education as well as, healty lifestyles at St. James Anglican primary school. To accomplish this, The Okunsanya Foundation will first work on renovating the building infrastructure of St. James Anglican primary school. We believe that this is necessary in order to improve on the access and quality of education. To accomplish this, the school must have a safe, sanitary and conductive environment for learning. Secondly, we will work with the school principal in improving the educational curriculum currently at the school. Project Revamp will do this by donations of new textbooks and supplies, by supporting the recruitment, retention and development of teachers, tutoring programs, HIV/AIDS awareness, and by the improvement in language literacy.

We ask you to join us on the journey of ours (Project Revamp), by clicking on the donation link on our Donation Page and donating any amount of money that you feel you have been blessed with. Join the Cause.

Thank you,

Andrew Okunsanya
