Family Foundation To Help
|

Called the Okunsanya Foundation, work has been spearheaded by Okunsanya's son Andrew. "Having come from a strong Anglican background with our father the rector of Church of Incarnation and our late grandfather the bishop of Ondo, Nigeria, we found it necessary in carrying out the family's legacy of service and devotions to God," he said. The foundation's mission is to be "a leader in creating a healthy individual and community, educational stability and success for individuals living in rural areas in developing countries," Okunsanya said. "It will also work to strengthen indigenous health and educational efforts by providing programs, resources, and essential materials." The board is made up of different individuals who are "devoted to the Christian way of service and devotion," Okunsayna said.
